Building Better Fine Arts and Theater Tech Culture
Helping educators, parents, and students rebuild fine arts culture from the inside out.

Why We Are Here
SoundstageEDU wasn’t planned.
It wasn’t born out of a business plan, a pitch deck, or a marketing campaign.
It started with a simple Facebook post.
On July 1st, 2025, an educator I’d known for years asked a question that, to me, had a simple answer — but to them, it was a genuine cry for help. That moment stopped me in my tracks.
Because I realized something: the bridge between the arts and the technical world — between educators and the crews who make the magic happen — was broken. Not out of neglect, but because nobody had ever been asked to stand on both sides of it.
That’s where I live.
My career in live production, my years on the field with drumlines and behind the board in theaters — it all came full circle that day. The advocacy that had been quietly living inside of me for decades finally found a voice.
Since then, SoundstageEDU has become more than a platform. It’s a movement.
A movement to bring structure, mentorship, and humanity back into fine arts education — to help schools, parents, and students build healthier programs that outlast the trophies and the burnout.
We believe that every program, no matter its budget or zip code, deserves access to the kind of support that elevates not just the show, but the people behind it.
Because this isn’t just about sound.
It’s about legacy.
It’s about lighting the way for the next generation of artists, technicians, educators, and leaders — together.
SoundstageEDU — Building Better Fine Arts and Theater Tech Culture.
